Loved this! My non-profit runs a mentorship program for girls ages 9 – 19 to interest them in pursuing engineering careers. I have told them a million and a half times please remember your audience! Do not use acronyms and if you do define them in regular English not by using just as confusing language. They still speak in acronyms sandwiched in between long strings of fifty cent words. I’m surprised that any girl ever comes back to the next event. It turns more into the adult mentors mentoring each other, and all the adults in the room feeling pleased with their supposed mentorship of the next generation.
